PHOTO: Boise Fire Department controlled a blaze at a home in the north section of Boise, near Pierce Park, after multiple people escaped, Sunday afternoon. Emergency crews responded after a call of a structure fire at 11:30 Sunday morning. One person was treated for smoke inhalation and is expected to be alright. The road is closed between Elmer and Castle as crews are conducting overhaul and salvage operations. The cause is still under investigation.
