A Caldwell man is facing a vehicular manslaughter charge after a deadly motorcycle crash in Canyon County.
According to Idaho State Police, Apollo Martinez, 32, was driving a motorcycle with Carla Rosas, 27 from Caldwell, as a passenger around 12:30 a.m. Thursday. He was driving on Cherry Lane near Middleton Road and failed to turn when there a curve and crashed.
Rosas passed away at the scene. Martinez was taken to a hospital. Troopers say neither were wearing a helmet and alcohol was a factor.
