VIDEO: Highway 45 and Bowmont in Nampa closed for several hours Friday due to a traffic collision. The intersection closed both ways while crews cleaned the area. The crash was reported to Idaho State Police at 6:29 am. It involved a pickup and a passenger car. The cause is still under investigation. There were injuries, but ISP says they do not appear to be life-threatening. One tow truck arrived at about 8:30 a.m. ISP, the Canyon County Sheriff's Office, and the Idaho Transportation Department also assisted in cleanup and traffic control.
