South Fremont Firefighters responded to a chicken coop fire at 7:53 p.m., on Monday at 1994 E 400 North in St. Anthony.
“Nobody got hurt,” said South Fremont Fire Department Dispatcher Tim Miller. “All that’s on the report – ‘chicken coop caught on fire’,” he said.
The owner later told the Journal that several of her chickens had died in the fire, but that the chicken coop remained.
Firefighters remained on the scene until 9:02 p.m.
