No Injuries After Structure Fire in Moscow

At approximately 2:20 a.m. on Sunday, the Moscow Volunteer Fire Department and Moscow Police Department were dispatched to a reported structure fire in the 800 block of Bitterroot Street. According to the Moscow Fire Department, upon arriving on scene fire personnel encountered heavy fire conditions in the front portion of the building with flames extending through the front roof area. Fire Department personnel began fire suppression efforts upon arrival. All occupants were already evacuated. Mutual Aid was requested from Pullman Fire Department for an engine for personnel. The fire was confined to the building of origin. Once the fire department extinguished the fire the Moscow Fire Department Fire Marshal initiated the fire investigation into the origin and cause of the fire. At this time the fire in still under investigation.
