PHOTOS: A woman was taken to a hospital after a house caught fire in the Portland neighborhood. Crews first responded around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday to the 500 block of North 20th Street. That is where they found a house already on fire, but they were able to quickly put it out. Firefighters remained on scene while they put out hot spots. Officials say a woman who lived nearby was taken to a hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation. The Louisville Division of Fire posted on their Facebook page regarding the fire.
