State police say a Tennessee man was killed in a one-car crash in Fulton County, Kentucky, that happened Tuesday afternoon. A passenger in the car had to be flown to an out-of-state hospital.
It happened on Kentucky 1282 at Joe Parker Road. The crash was reported to Kentucky State Police at 2:51 p.m. Tuesday, a news release from the law enforcement agency says.
The release says 37-year-old Prince Bolden of Tiptonville, Tennessee, was driving a 2018 Chrysler 300 east on KY 1282 when the car ran off into an embankment. Investigators say it is suspected the car was speeding.
Bolden was pronounced dead at the scene by the Fulton County coroner.
KSP says the passenger, who is also from Tiptonville, is 21-year-old Kamren Bolden. He was flown to Region One Health Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee, for treatment.
