A fire on Farmers Lane in Trigg County severely damaged a home Sunday morning. East Golden Pond firefighters say everyone staying in the home was able to get out uninjured but the cause of the fire remains unknown. Firefighters were called to the home located at 20 Farmers Lane just after 1 am for smoke inside the structure. Before firefighters could arrive they were told everyone was outside the home and flames could be seen. Firefighters say the home was severely damaged and the fire is believed to have started in the attached garage.
