The Louisville Fire Department says three homes in the Russell neighborhood are damaged after a fire Sunday night. LFD officials said a call for a fire in the area of 22nd and Magazine streets came in around 10:20 p.m. Of the three houses affected by the fire, officials said the middle house had the most damage and is at risk of collapsing. People living inside the homes were able to get out safely, with no injuries reported. It took 40 firefighters roughly 30 minutes to get the blaze under control. Officials have not determined the cause of the fire yet. Crews will remain on the scene through the night into the morning to monitor for hot spots.
