PHOTOS: A car caught fire on the Massachusetts Turnpike after it collided with a deer Sunday morning, according to the Weston Fire Department. Firefighters said the crash occurred on Interstate 90 east near Exit 14 and the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames in the left travel lane.The Weston Fire Department first tweeted about the car fire at 7:48 a.m.The fire has since been knocked down, and the left travel lanes were closed to traffic as of 8:02 a.m. The fire department has not yet said whether those lanes have been reopened. The driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, has been transported to a local hospital with minor injuries, according to firefighters.
