PHOTOS: Shortly after 11 am, Provincetown Fire and EMS responded to Upper Standish Street for a report of a fire in the CVS parking area. Upon arrival, firefighters were confronted with a vehicle fire fully involved. Police diverted traffic while the fire was suppressed, overhaul was completed and the vehicle was towed. This all took about 42 minutes. Two of our new fire trucks, Engine 190 and Engine 195, were on scene and used to extinguish the fire. Deputy Fire Chief James Roderick Jr. had command at the scene.
