A Boston man is facing multiple charges, including operating under the influence, after he crashed his vehicle into a fire engine in Natick, according to police. Natick police say the crash happened at about 1:50 p.m. Wednesday on South Main Street, which is also known as Route 27. Witnesses told police that a vehicle, which was being driven by 37-year-old Carlens Rigaud, was traveling south at a high rate of speed when it collided with the Natick Fire Department Ladder 1, which was traveling north on South Main Street. Rigaud's vehicle continued on after the collision, narrowly avoiding NFD Engine 1, which was behind the ladder truck. Rigaud's vehicle did hit another vehicle that was heading south and finally came to a rest.
