The three Wayland firefighters who helped deliver a baby girl at a town home over the weekend will be reunited with the newborn in a ceremony on Thursday. Firefighters Todd Winner, Lt. Dean Casali and Capt. Daniel Buentello went to an Edgewood Road home on Saturday night to help deliver the baby because the department's ambulance was busy on another call. Winner was the first person to hold baby Nuha Kidwai before presenting the newborn to mom Safa Kidwai. An ambulance later took the mother and newborn to Newton-Wellesley hospital, but both are home now and perfectly healthy, the department said on Wednesday. On Thursday, Sufa and Nuha will meet with Winner, Casali and Buentello at the fire department headquarters.
