A small plane ended up off the runway in Edgewater, Anne Arundel County fire officials told 11 News. Fire officials were called shortly before 1 p.m. Thursday to Lee Airport on Solomons Island Road, where a single-engine Cessna was off the runway. It was not immediately known whether the aircraft was taking off or landing. Fire officials said there no injuries were reported. Maryland State Police were notified to conduct an investigation.
