A vehicle fire has lead to a major backup along the outer loop of the Baltimore Beltway. The fire broke out before 1:30 p.m. between the Greenspring and Park Heights. The Baltimore County Fire Department says no one was hurt. The Maryland Department of Transportation traffic map show delays on the Outer Loop all the way back to the Stevenson Road exit.
