PHOTOS: Castine Fire Rescue Department held a training drill at Castine Community Health Center as dusk fell on Tuesday, March 19. Under the direction of Asst. Chief Jack Spratt, volunteer firefighters went through the steps they would take in the case of a real fire, from filling a portable water tank from pumper truck Engine 6 to laddering to the second floor of the building. The drill is one of many that CFRD holds each year.
