Emergency personnel are on the scene of a fatal crash involving a pedestrian on northbound Highway 169 on the north side of Main Street. They were called there shortly before 7 p.m. on Feb. 6. People on the scene of the crash tried to revive someone, but to no avail, according to a bystander who was outside at a nearby apartment complex at the time of the crash. Authorities shut down Highway 169 North between Main Street and 5th Avenue.
