Firefighters put out small Gilbert garage fire

Firefighters on the Range put out a small Gilbert garage fire Friday evening. It happened on the 100 block of East Michigan Avenue. According to the Northland FireWire, flames were contained to the attic of the garage. No injuries were reported. Gilbert, Eveleth, Fayal Township and Virginia firefighters responded. The cause is under investigation.
