Fire officials are investigating a suspicious fire that damaged several businesses in Minneapolis overnight Sunday into Monday. It happened on 44th Avenue and Penn Avenue North. Witnesses said they saw someone drive up and throw something on the roof of a building, after which, they saw smoke. There's no word yet if this is connected to any of the unrest in the Twin Cities over the last few days, and it wasn't near any of the demonstrations overnight. Meanwhile, the Minneapolis Fire Department reported responding to "several rekindled fires" Sunday night in areas where firefighters had already fought fires previously during the weekend.
