After an increase in COVID-19 cases, the Mayor of Marshfield has issued an executive order that will go into effect this Friday, July 10, 2020.
The City of Marshfield is reporting 45 positive cases of COVID-19 as of July 6, 2020.
Mayor Natalie Mcnish says the executive order is a continuation of several pre-existing guidelines and the issuance of new ones.
It requires all businesses and public operations to implement enhanced sanitation practices social distancing of six feet.
The order strongly encourages the use of facemasks by employees and customers, and strongly discourages gatherings of more than 50 people.
