Two families were displaced after several homes caught fire in a Concord neighborhood Monday morning. The fire broke out at 9:55 a.m. at a home on Wilburn Park Lane. According to a report, when crews arrived on the scene the fire had consumed the first home and extended into a second home. Crews worked to extinguish the fire in the second home while cooling the house where the fire originated to stop any further extension of the fire. Firefighters could be seen walking through one of the burned out homes working to fully extinguish the fire. Concord firefighters said no one was hurt during the blaze.
