Firefighters return to the Lincoln Financial Building next week to conduct more high-rise training, which will close some lanes on two downtown streets. The Greensboro Fire Department will hold training exercises at 101 N. Elm St. from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, March 27–29, the department said in a news release. The training exercises will allow firefighters the opportunity to practice high rise techniques including fire attack, search and rescue efforts, and ventilation practices, the department said. The department in January also trained at Lincoln Financial's downtown building.
