A house in Beaver Dam caught fire on Sunday night.
Beaver Dam,Cove Creek, Fall Creek, Watauga County Fire Marshal, Watauga Medics, and Watauga Rescue responded to report of Structure Fire at 526 Council Ward Road at approximately 10:08 p.m. Nov. 20 for reports of a structure fire.
Heavy smoke and flames were visible when Beaver Dam Volunteer Fire Department arrived on scene.
Occupants were at the home at the time of fire, but no injuries were reported, according to Fire Marshal Shane Garland.
The cause of the fire was found to be from a chimney fire.
