Two children are dead and an adult is in critical condition due to a house fire, Greensboro fire officials said. Greensboro police said Glenside Drive is closed between Dodson Street and Chapel Edge Drive. Fire officials told WXII 12 News that they first got a call about the fire on Thursday at about 11:30 a.m. Firefighters got to the scene at about 11:35 a.m. and found heavy smoke and flames coming from the structure. Officials said two children and a woman were found inside the burning house and were removed from the home by fire crews. Guilford County EMS treated the victims immediately and confirmed that both juveniles were dead. Officials confirmed that all three are residents of the home, but could not confirm the relationship between all three.
