Thomasville Fire Department is investigating a mobile home fire that killed one person on South Road, Lot 30 Sunday afternoon. The call came in at 1:17 p.m. According to the fire chief, a neighbor that was trying to give aid to the person was injured. He was taken to the hospital for evaluation. The victim has not yet been identified. The fire is under investigation. Davidson County Fire Marshal and Davidson County EMS assisted fire crews. Thomasville police were on the scene as well.
