Christo’s restaurant in Lexington caught fire

VIDEO: Christo's restaurant caught on fire early Monday in Lexington. The Lexington Fire Department said the fire started around 4:15 a.m. at the restaurant on Cotton Grove Road near Highway 8. Firefighters said they arrived and found heavy smoke from the back of the restaurant. Due to the heavy smoke, they called in a second alarm. Firefighters said no one was injured in the fire. Russell and Brenda Bosley own Figure It Out Action Figures just steps away from Christo's along Cotton Grove Road. "Everybody loves their wings in Lexington. It's kind of a staple in Lexington. If you want wings, you go to Christo's." The Bosleys say they're hoping the owners of Christo's and its staff can rebuild from this sudden blow.
