Frank J. DeLucia, 71, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2024. He was born in Nassau, New York to the late Joseph R. DeLucia and Theresa Martha DeLucia. In addition to his parents, Mr. DeLucia is predeceased by his sisters, Joanne Kearns, and Tina Hammond; and niece, Victoria Hammond.
Frank was a beloved part of the Durham Fire Department and Police Department families, as well as his Thursday night prayer group. He was also a wonderful and faithful husband, uncle, and friend. He was truly one of the "Good Guys" who always kept his word, always helped those in need, and always defended those he loves. He will be greatly missed by all those who love him dearly, especially his wife, Holly, who was the delight and joy of his life. Anyone who knew Frank knew how much he loved his wife above everything and everyone else.
