The Williamson-Pultneyville Historical Society will travel to the East Williamson Fire Department, 6329 E. Townline Road, to learn about the nearly 100-year-old company at 7 p.m. on April 3.
Housed in what was once a Williamson school house, firefighter and historian Gary Dick will trace the history of the organization and the school.
Attendees will hear from former students and learn about the EWFD Serviceman’s Board. The free program will feature input from firefighters Chuck Brust, Ron Buerman and Don Holcomb.
