An investigation is underway after a car crashed into a building on Monday, January 20, 2020.
The Sparks Fire Department says a driver was speeding, hit a median, then hopped the curve before crashing into the business. It happened at Pyramid Vapory and Art Studio on N. McCarran Boulevard in Sparks.
One employee was inside the store at the time. According to firefighters, that person was not hurt.
There were two people in the car at the time. We're told they sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The Sparks Police Department is investigating the crash. Officials do not believe impairment is a factor.
