VIDEO: A fire in northern New York has damaged several mobile homes but no one was hurt, according to authorities. The fire was reported at approximately 3 p.m. Monday near Kings Bay Road, burning seven mobile homes, multiple sheds and a car. Officials with the Champlain Fire Department said at least three of the homes are "no longer livable." Multiple crews from New York and Vermont worked for several hours to extinguish the flames. Champlain fire authorities say a quick response prevented additional damage in the area. The fire is believed to be accidental. An investigation is ongoing.
