Suddenly on June 22nd, 2020. Predeceased by his wife Linda. Survived by his children, Shane, Matt and Dawn along with his six grandchildren. Robert passed after a brief illness with his children by his side. Robert "Bob" was a lifelong resident of Irondequoit NY. He served as a member of the Ridge Culver Fire Department from 1965-1991, most notably as Fire Chief. His greatest accomplishments were his service to the community, his love for Linda and the support he provided to his children and family.
Friends are welcome Friday 3-8pm at the Dreier-Giltner Funeral Home 1717 Portland Ave. (just north of E. Ridge Rd.) A Memorial Service will be held Saturday 10am in the funeral home chapel.
