Body camera video WLWT obtained shows Springdale police rushing to stop a woman suspected of driving under the influence on Sunday night. Investigators said Kayla Buschhorn, 24, nearly hit first responders working a scene on Kemper Road. Police said she had children in the back seat of her vehicle at the time. Buschhorn bonded out of the Hamilton County Jail on Monday, according to Hamilton County Court records. Police said she nearly hit firefighters as they were handling a car on fire. "He's blown out a tire. He's now heading southbound on Princeton Pike," Springdale Police Officer Joseph Robers said on body camera video. He ran after Buschhorn following the close call. "Nobody wants to see something like that happen to police or fire, so, yeah, that thought's always in the back of our heads," Robers said.
