Cincinnati firefighters are responding to a partial building collapse in Over-The-Rhine. Fire crews responded around 9:30 p.m. to the building at 455 W. McMicken Ave. Our crew on the scene got information that the building is vacant. The Fire Department tweeted out that it is a minor situation and there are no injuries.
