PHOTO: Firefighters were called out to battle flames at a vacant three-story apartment building across from Youngstown's Wick Park. Smoke could be seen from all around the city at around 11 a.m. Tuesday from the fire on Broadway Avenue. The fire department sent out another alarm at 11:39 calling for more manpower to the scene. The fire is on the city's North Side about four blocks from a fire station the city is considering closing early next year.
