Power will still out for 90 homes and businesses on Youngstown's North Side Wednesday morning 12 hours after a fire at a FirstEnergy substation on Belmont Avenue. Firefighters say the blaze started on the second floor with heavy flames. Officials say they had to wait for the substation to be de-energized but they did put the flames out. There's no word yet on how the fire started. The fire did knock out some power in the area with the Ohio Edison website initially showing nearly 400 outages in the Youngstown area.
