Part of the roof at the Fast Fashions clothing store, 33 E. Main St., collapsed from heavy rain that hit the area Tuesday afternoon. The collapse appears to have been caused by a common drain, which runs from some of the neighboring retail stores in the building, that became clogged or overrun with water, Xenia Fire Chief Kenneth Riggsby said.
