A woman is dead after an apartment fire in Westerville Saturday morning. Firefighters were called to the fire on North Virginia Lane around 5:20 a.m. The Westerville Fire Department said 32-year-old Chaude Reed died in the fire. Investigators believe the fire started in the kitchen. No other injuries have been reported. About 20 people have been displaced because of the fire, and are receiving assistance from the Red Cross. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
