PHOTOS: A Colton firefighter watched over a dog after its owner was injured in a crash Wednesday afternoon. Colton Rural Fire Protection District and Molalla Fire District responded to the crash on Highway 211 by Winslow Road at around 12:30 p.m. Emergency personnel transported one person to a hospital. That person’s dog was also in the vehicle at the time of the crash, but was not injured. A Colton firefighter took the dog home to look after it until someone could pick up the dog Wednesday evening.
