A fire broke out Monday morning inside a Veneta home that appears to be under construction. The home is located at Jessie James Lane and Jeans Road. Details are scarce so far, but four engines from Lane Fire responded after the fire was called in at 5:25 a.m. Firefighters went in to attack and extinguish the fire and are still on scene. A battalion chief and fire marshal are also on scene. Fire officials say there were no injuries reported.
