Authorities are asking for tips after someone set fire to an occupied tent near a Northeast Portland auto parts retailer. No one was injured in the Dec. 22 incident, which happened near an AutoZone store on 122nd Avenue north of Glisan Street. The person who was in the tent doesn’t know the suspect, who appears to be a woman, authorities said. Crime Stoppers of Oregon said people can submit tips online or by using the P3 Tips mobile application. Crime Stoppers offers rewards of as much as $2,500 for information, reported to the nonprofit, that leads to arrests in unsolved felony cases. Tipsters can stay anonymous.
