Four people escaped a fast-moving fire that destroyed two homes and damaged a third in McKees Rocks early Sunday morning.
Emergency crews were called to Woodward Avenue just before 6 a.m.
According to the fire chief, all three homes were engulfed in flames when they arrived on scene. “When I got on scene and the first engine, all the fronts were fully involved in fire. It was just a wall of flames. The fire marshal will have to get in there and make a determination as to where it started,” said Fire Chief Nicholas Raydoycis Jr., of the McKees Rocks Volunteer Fire Department.
