A pet was rescued after a fire ripped through a Crawford County home Monday morning. It happened around 10 a.m. at a mobile home in the 12000 block of Beauchat Rd. south of Guys Mills. Nobody was hurt, but the home suffered moderate smoke and water damage. Firefighters rescued a dog from the home and reunited it with its owners. Investigators are now trying to determine what sparked the fire.
