SKYFOX was over the scene at 6300 Algard Street near Walker and Levick Streets in the Wissinoming section of the city shortly after 2 p.m. "Our units arrived to find the front of the building missing and collapsed. The second floor heavily involved in fire," Philadelphia Fire Department Commissioner Adam Thiel said. Video from the scene showed debris from the front of the house strewn across the front yard as firefighters sprayed water on the building.
