Firefighters on Tuesday were called to a reported fire at a single-family home on Tuesday, working for just under an hour to extinguish the residential blaze. The Spring Mill Fire Company No. 1 in Conshohocken says its crews were dispatched to a home on the unit block of Locust Way just after 2 in the afternoon Tuesday, where firefighters encountered a fire emanating from a second-story bedroom in the home.
