Four people have been displaced and one cat has died following a house fire in Springettsbury Township on Wednesday morning. According to officials, two adult sisters and two children have been displaced and are receiving aid from the Red Cross, due to an early morning house fire. Multiple crews were dispatched to the 200 block of S. Royal Street in Springettsbury Township around 5:20 a.m. on Jan. 26. Four cats were also inside at the time of the fire. One cat was found dead by fire officials and the condition of the other three are not known at this time. The fire chief on scene told FOX43 the incident was reported as a bedroom fire. The fire started inside with heavy involvement in the roof before moving outside, officials state. Crews are still providing assistance at the scene.
