A fifth victim has been discovered five days after a deadly house fire in western Pennsylvania. The fire happened early Friday morning at a farmhouse in Delaware Township near Fredonia. Four of the victims have been identified, including 33-year-old Elizabeth Seltzer, 6-year-old Paisley, 3-year-old Ainsley and 1-year-old Jordan. The coroner is waiting on out-of-state medical records to identify the second adult victim. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
