The Burrillville Fire Department responded to a call for a fire at home on Staghead Drive Sunday night. The call came in at 7:25 p.m. The Chief for the Burrillville Fire Department tells NBC10 the homeowners were home at the time of the fire. Officials say when crews arrived to the scene, smoke was shooting from the rear end of the home. The Fire Chief says there were no injuries. However, the home is considered to be a total loss. The structure suffered severe smoke, water and fire damage. Mutual aid was called in from surrounding area departments.
