The former Massachusetts fire captain who allegedly walked into the 7-Eleven on Aquidneck Avenue in Middletown nude on April 3 had his disorderly conduct charge filed in District Court on Monday, meaning it will be removed from court records one year from April 3 provided he does not face any additional charges.
The woman behind the counter on that day in April told police that John H. Walsh, 60, of Lynnfield, was completely naked when he walked up and paid for a Coke. Middletown police were told Walsh drove away from the store in a black Mercedes-Benz with a Massachusetts license plate. An officer pulled the vehicle over near the intersection of Miantonomi Avenue and Broadway, The Daily News previously reported. Walsh’s girlfriend, 29-year-old Tammy McDougal, was a passenger in the car.
