Health officials in Rhode Island reported on Wednesday 13 additional COVID-19 deaths and 810 new cases.
Of the 810 new cases, 722 were recorded on Tuesday. The other 88 were added to previous dates.
The total number of cases rose to 107,876, according to the Rhode Island Department of Health.
The known death toll is now at 2,058.
There are currently 379 individuals hospitalized because of the coronavirus.
Of those hospitalized, 48 are in the ICU and 36 are using ventilators.
On Tuesday, the health department recorded the administration of 14,532 tests with a positivity rate of 5.0%.
