The Sequoyah Volunteer Fire Department responded to a Monday morning fire on Stonesage Road in Soddy-Daisy. The Department says the fire happened around 2:30 A.M. The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office arrived and found a dock on fire. Firefighters requested the Hamilton County Hazmat team to make a determination with fuel onboard the boat on the dock. They said the fuel burned off during the fire. The estimated total loss is around $60,000. No injuries have been reported.
